Acceptable Use Policy

Our agents contact real people on your behalf. This policy sets the limits that keep that lawful for you and sustainable for everyone on the platform.

Last updated 1 August 2026

1. You are the sender

Outreach produced by your agents is sent in your name, from your domain or number, to recipients you selected. In law you are the sender. This policy applies to every channel — email, WhatsApp, calls, and anything we add later.

2. Who you may contact

  • Contact business recipients only, where you have a lawful basis and a genuine, relevant business reason to make contact.
  • Comply with the marketing and anti-spam laws that apply to you and to the recipient — including CAN-SPAM, GDPR/PECR, CASL, and Indian telecom and DND rules, as applicable.
  • Screen against do-not-call and do-not-contact registers where the law requires it, and respect the calling-hours rules for the recipient's location.
  • Never contact anyone who has unsubscribed, asked you to stop, or been suppressed in your account.
  • Do not upload purchased, scraped, or shared lists that you have no right to use.

3. What you may send

Every message must be honest about who is writing and why. You must not:

  • Impersonate another person, brand, or public body, or use misleading sender names, subject lines, or reply addresses.
  • Make claims you cannot substantiate, or promise outcomes you cannot deliver.
  • Send content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, or discriminatory.
  • Promote illegal products or services, or regulated products you are not licensed to sell.
  • Send phishing, malware, or links designed to deceive recipients.
  • Remove or hide the unsubscribe mechanism, or fail to honour opt-outs promptly.

4. Platform integrity

  • Do not create multiple accounts to evade limits, suspensions, or credit allowances.
  • Do not resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as your own.
  • Do not probe, scan, or attempt to breach the Service, or bypass rate limits and quotas.
  • Do not use automated means to extract data from the Service beyond the features we provide.
  • Do not use the Service to build or train a competing product.

5. How we enforce this

We monitor aggregate deliverability signals — bounce rates, spam complaints, block-list entries, and abuse reports — because one account's behaviour affects everyone's ability to reach an inbox.

  • First, we usually warn you and pause the campaign so you can correct it.
  • For serious or repeated breaches we suspend sending, and may terminate the account.
  • For unlawful activity we may suspend immediately without notice and report it where required.
  • Suspensions for breach are not refundable.

To report misuse of the Service, email support@talsiagent.com with the message you received and its headers where possible.
