Privacy Policy

This policy explains how we handle personal data — both the data of our own customers, and the contact data our agents process on customers' behalf.

Last updated 1 August 2026

1. Who controls your data

Talsi Pvt Ltd is the data controller for personal data we collect about our own customers and website visitors. For privacy questions, write to support@talsiagent.com.

For the lead and contact data that agents discover, enrich, and message on a customer's instruction, the customer is the controller and we act as their processor. Recipients of outreach who want their data removed should contact the sender; if they contact us, we will pass the request to the relevant customer and stop processing where required.

2. What we collect

We do not intentionally collect special-category data (health, biometrics, political or religious views) and ask that you do not upload it.

3. Payment card data

We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or bank credentials. Payments are processed by Razorpay, which handles card data under its own PCI-compliant terms. We receive only the outcome of the transaction and limited identifiers such as the payment reference and card type.

4. Why we process it

  • Contract — to deliver the Service you signed up for, run your agents, and bill you.
  • Legitimate interests — to secure the platform, prevent abuse and fraud, improve the product, and market to business contacts who have shown interest.
  • Consent — for optional marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation — to keep tax, accounting, and compliance records.

5. AI processing

The agents send business and contact context to third-party AI model providers to research companies, score fit, and draft messages. We send the minimum needed for the task. We do not permit our model providers to train their general models on your data under our commercial agreements with them.

AI outputs are drafts. You remain responsible for reviewing what is sent from your account.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that restrict their use of it:

ProviderPurpose
VercelApplication hosting and content delivery
NeonManaged Postgres database hosting

RazorpayPayment processing and subscription billing
OpenAIAI models for research, scoring, and drafting

We may also disclose data where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or as part of a merger or acquisition — in which case we will tell you before your data becomes subject to a different policy.

We do not sell personal data.

7. International transfers

Some providers process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, and we require equivalent security standards from the provider.

8. How long we keep it

  • Account and business profile data — for the life of your account, then up to 12 months after closure.
  • Campaign and lead data — for the life of your account, or until you delete it in the dashboard.
  • Billing and tax records — for the period required by law, typically 7 years.
  • Security and system logs — up to 12 months.
  • Support correspondence — up to 24 months after the conversation closes.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and role separation, managed infrastructure with automated backups, secret management for credentials, and audit logging on administrative actions. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and any regulator as required by law.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent, to receive a portable copy, and to complain to your data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, email support@talsiagent.com. We respond within 2 business days and complete verified requests within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity first.

Grievance officer: Vaibhav Singh Balyan — reachable at support@talsiagent.com or 9958082120.

11. Children

The Service is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child's data has reached us, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We will post any update here with a new date, and notify you of material changes by email or in the dashboard.
